A fourth generation family-run business, Fabric House, also known by our sister concern H.A.Q Sumar Enterprise, is among India’s leading textile houses, specializing in creating exclusive designs in wool blended suiting fabric. 

Being wholesale dealers of Raymond Limited, one of the largest and most successful manufacturers of worsted suiting fabric in the world, we at Fabric House have gained the competitive edge over dealers of various other Mills. Through years of stocking high-quality products at competitive prices, we have built up a strong customer base of retail stores across India and abroad.

With our headquarters at Chakla Street in the heart of South Mumbai - regarded by many as India's oldest high street where once British viceroys and governor-generals famously frequented to get their finery tailor-made - we enjoy the advantage of being close to yet not within the hustle and bustle of Kalbadevi - the city's main textile market. Spread out over 6,000 square-feet of office and warehouse space spanning three floors, we are able to maintain a seamless workflow of procurement, stocking and distribution of our fabric, with high standards of quality control.
